By placing an ad on Barcelona Metropolitan Classifieds (BMC) you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms or conditions your only recourse is to stop using the service.

The ad may contain the following information: email address, phone number and address and a description of the goods or services the advertiser is offering

The ad must be of a reasonable length (max 600 characters) or it will be removed.

The ad must have a title that is descriptive of the service or goods being offered.

You agree not to post ads that contain any of the following:

• executable/dynamic html code, java script or any other executable codes.
• adult, abusive, defamatory, obscene or racial content.
• violation of copyright or trademark laws.
• weapons, ammunitions, drugs, alcohol, tobacco or other addictive products, online gaming or lottery, prostitution.

Animal breeders must include their official breeder registration number.

Any ads that do not comply with the above will be removed. We also reserve the right to remove any ad that we consider to be unacceptable or inappropriate in our sole discretion.

By submitting your ad, you are consenting to the personal data that is included in that ad being placed on BMC and potentially being viewed by anyone that has Internet access.

By posting your free ad you agree that we can send you e-mail messages concerning the status of your ad, promotional offers or other such messages as deemed appropriate in our sole discretion

We may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice.

All content displayed on BMC is protected by copyright as a collective work. As such, title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the contents, whether provided by us or by any other content provider, shall remain the sole property of us and / or the other content provider
